To accelerate our transformation, we have decided to bring a new leader to direct the Company, with a long track record in serving customers.

We are honored to announce and welcome Dr. David Zeng as the new General Manager of Stoller in China.

我们很荣幸地宣布并欢迎曾秋朋博士出任世多乐中国新任总经理。

Before joining Stoller, David has established extensive expertise and leadership experience in the Ag-sector. David worked for Netafim as the Managing Director for China for 6.5 years. During his tenure with Netafim, he developed new China business strategy, rebuilt the team, established a production facility, optimize business models and GTM strategy and achieved significant growth of the company’s revenue and profits.

在加入世多乐之前，曾秋朋博士在农业领域建立了广泛的专业知识和领导经验。他曾在耐特菲姆中国区担任六年半的董事总经理职务。在耐特菲姆任职期间，他制定了新的中国业务战略，重建了团队，创建了生产设施，优化了业务模式和“走向市场”战略，实现了公司收入和利润的显著增长。

Prior to Netafim, David held leadership roles in Syngenta as the Head of Sales for China. David has also held several leadership positions in Commercial and Agronomy areas for Mosaic and Cargill (prior to Mosaic merger) in China and the Asia region.

在加入耐特菲姆之前，曾秋朋博士曾在瑞士先正达担任中国区销售总监。他还先后在美国美盛和美国嘉吉公司（美盛合并前）在中国和亚洲区的商业和农业部门担任过多项管理职务。

Most recently, David worked for NongFu Spring as the General Manager of its Agri-Business Division. In this position, David integrated the technologies, products and expertise gained from his previous experiences and applied them to facilitate the transformation in commercial farming, food processing and supply chain.

最近，曾秋朋博士在农夫山泉担任农业事业部总经理。任职期间，他整合了从之前的经验中获得的技术、产品和专业知识，并将其应用于促进商业化农业、食品加工和供应链的转型。

David obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Ag Science from South China Agricultural University, a PhD degree in Soil Science from UC Davis in California and has completed his Executive MBA program at Royal Roads University of Canada.

曾秋朋博士曾在华南农业大学获得农学学士学位，在美国加州大学戴维斯分校获得土壤学博士学位，并在加拿大皇家大学完成EMBA课程。

Under David’s leadership, Stoller China team will continue the greatest efforts in product innovation and provide our partners and customers with agronomy and marketing supports in a professional manner. Our goal is to reach our hands to more farmers and empower them with our advanced technology, products and know-how to grow more and better crops.

在曾秋朋博士的带领下，世多乐中国团队将继续致力于产品创新，为我们的合作伙伴和客户提供专业的农业和营销支持。我们的目标是帮助更多的农民，让他们用我们先进的技术、产品和专业知识种植更多、更优质的作物。
